The Power of Honesty

Confrontation is never easy.  No one truly likes to think that they have failed another.  But, let’s face it…we do!  But, when we stop and realize that confrontation, when approached  in a loving and mature manner, will not produce destruction.  When handled with patience and a commitment to understand the other person, it can, in the long run, prevent disaster.

So…if you are struggling with another person’s words or actions, pray that the Lord will open a door for loving confrontation.  Be willing to take as well as give.  You will probably find that that other person misunderstood you as much as you misunderstood them.

Love never fails.
